Preliminary Questionnaire & Evaluation
By getting a detailed look at your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperament, and schedule, I’ll be able to create a sleep plan that is 100% customized to fit YOUR family’s needs.
Personal Consultation & Customized Plan
We’ll meet virtually to go over your personalized sleep plan in detail. I’ll explain exactly what you should be doing at bedtime, what to do when your child wakes in the night, how to handle naptimes, and everything else you’ll need to know in order to have a clear understanding of the process.
Follow Up Support
In order to make sure you never feel alone or stuck during this process, you’ll be getting 2 full weeks of access to me via scheduled phone calls, e-mail, and text message. I will show you how to measure success and I’ll be checking your sleep logs on a daily basis to ensure everything is on track,
